FAQ

Short answers about install, data, plans, and support.

What is LIVEPulse?

LIVEPulse is a Shopify app for live storefront analytics. It shows who is on the shop now, what they viewed or added to cart, and — on paid plans — activity, funnels, sources, searches, and historic windows.

How do I install it?

Install LIVEPulse from the Shopify App Store, then open it from Shopify admin. We do not ask for a shop URL on a public website. After install, a web pixel records anonymous storefront events.

What does the pixel collect?

Page views, product views, carts, checkouts, purchases, searches, referrer and UTM source, device type, and visitor country. Each visit uses an anonymous id from Shopify’s web pixel, not a customer account.

Do you store names or emails from shoppers?

No. We strip names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and payment details before anything is saved. We do not create customer profiles and we do not sell data.

What is on each plan?

Starter / Free shows live visitors (about the last three minutes) and the active visitors list. Basic ($12 / 30 days) adds 24-hour activity, carts, funnels, sources, searches, and issue views, with 2,000 monthly visitors included. Pro ($39 / 30 days) adds 7, 14, 30, 60, and 90 day history plus CSV export, with 25,000 monthly visitors included.

How does visitor overage billing work?

Basic charges $10 per extra 2,000 monthly visitors after the included 2,000, up to $60 extra. Pro charges $10 per extra 10,000 monthly visitors after 25,000, up to $160 extra. Usage is unique pixel visitors in the last 30 days. There is no public trial.

How long do you keep events?

Storefront events are deleted automatically after 90 days. Uninstalling the app or a Shopify shop deletion request removes stored visits for that shop.

How do customer privacy requests work?

If a shopper asks Shopify for a copy of their data or to delete it, Shopify sends us a webhook. We look up anything this app stored that matches the request. Merchants see a download in Settings only when Shopify sends a data request.

How do I get help?

Use the Support page on this website. Send a message with your shop domain if you have one. We reply to the email address you enter. We do not publish a support inbox on the site.
